About us

The B-Scene is a quarterly print magazine about the rich grassroots scene within Brighton. It's not just about the musicians, but the many technicians, visual artists, promoters and venues that go into making a scene.

After releasing our first magazine in February of 2025, we have since grown to become one of the main sources of media in our scene.

While we started as just a magazine, we have since grown to occupy many different spaces, from radio to exhibitions to social media press, we always try to cover as much as we can within our scene.

Looking to subscribe?

If you're looking at subscribing, we will ensure that all four magazine are sent to you after each release with a few small extras. As well as this, you will get access to the digital archives of each magazine that we have worked on as well as some occasional newsletters letting you know what we are up to.

Please note that we have two types of subscriptions:

• Free web subscription - You will be frequently updated as and when we post to this site and will receive our regular newsletter.
• £24.96 subscription - Get each of our quarterly releases delivered straight to your door right after we release it.
